By using West Properties you agree to browse responsibly, to not scrape listings at scale, and to respect the intellectual property of agencies, brokers, and developers whose listings appear on the platform.
Listing Accuracy
Listings are sourced from verified brokers and developers. While we apply quality and verification checks, we do not guarantee the accuracy of every field — always confirm critical details (price, area, handover date) directly with the listing agent before transacting.
Privacy & Data
We collect only the data required to operate the service: account details, saved searches and favourites, and interaction events. We do not sell personal data. Communications with brokers via WhatsApp, email, or phone occur on those platforms' own terms.
Cookies
We use cookies for session management, language preferences, and anonymous analytics. You can clear cookies in your browser settings; this may reset your preferences.
Agent Verification
The Verified Broker badge is awarded based on license verification, listing quality, response times, and transaction volume. Status is reviewed monthly and may be revoked.
Disputes
If you believe a listing is fraudulent, misrepresented, or otherwise violates these terms, please report it via the contact form — our moderation team investigates each report.
Changes
These terms may be updated occasionally. Material changes will be surfaced on the site; continued use constitutes acceptance.
